This workshop presents tools for understanding fiscal and administrative practices in major functional areas. The instructors will guide you through a systematic procedure to monitor and measure the fiscal health of your municipality or entity. The Standards for Effective Local Government developed by the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission will be used to create a scorecard of good financial management practices.
